Jerry graduated from UCLA in 1982, and from USC Law Center in 1995. Attending both major Southern California Universities enables him to root for both schools, but he is still a loyal Bruin at heart. Mr. Kline practices in all areas of family law including premarital agreements, divorce, and custody. Last summer, Jeremy took and passed the State Bar Certification Exam to be eligible to become a Certified Family Law Specialist. He expects to receive the certification sometime in 2007.

In addition to his active family law practice, Jerry is an accomplished civil litigator, representing clients in business disputes, including unfair competition and real estate matters. "My civil litigation background and experience helps me deal with business and real estate issues that frequently come up during divorce cases."

Jerry and his wife Betsy have two boys, ages 4 1/2 and 7 years old, and one dog, age 14.

Jerry is a member of the Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills and American Bar Associations, and also is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association, the Bruin Professionals and PNG Business Networking Groups.

4. DIVORCE SETTLEMENT/PREPARATION
