Nancy Burt is an accomplished Family Law litigator and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California Los Angeles in 1983. She received her law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1986. Nancy maintains a varied case load including child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic evaluations and paternity matters. One of her current cases is a multi-state child custody case for a member of the U.S. military. Nancy quickly identifies the various issues in a case, helps the client identify their needs and desires and then follows up with well researched arguments and solutions. During law school, she was published by the University of San Francisco Law Review in “Sex Discrimination: Isbister v. Boy’s Club”.
