Robert Brandt, CFLS*, FMBK Partner, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, lectured on Wednesday, April 23, with Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner, Michael Convey, and fellow Family Law practitioner, Laura Wasser, of Wasser, Cooperman & Carter, at The Beverly Hills Bar Association’s continuing legal education program on Evidentiary Objections to Declarations. The distinguished panel discussed, in detail, the whys and wherefores of when to make/when not to make evidentiary objections to declarations. The event had an impressive turnout.
