Robert C. Brandt will be installed as
Secretary of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law section, at the LACBA
Family Law Dinner Dance and Installation of Officers on October 17, 2009. A member of the
Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee, he is also a former
Chairperson of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and a former Treasurer.
Mr. Brandt has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 1992 and
has been practicing law since 1977. He is both a Fellow of the International Academy of
Matrimonial Lawyers and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Brandt has been
named a Southern California Super Lawyer by Los Angeles Magazine from 2005-2009 and was
named one of Southern California's Top 100 lawyers in 2009. He has an AV rating with
Martindale-Hubbell.
The LACBA Family Law
Dinner Dance and Installation of Officers will be held at the Luxe Hotel Bel Air, and
will include a reception, dinner, and dancing. Family law judicial officers and family law
practitioners from throughout Southern California will attend. |

FMBK Attorney Alex Grager is on the Harriett Buhai
Center for Family Law's Event Committee. He has helped raise funds for the 10th Annual
Buhai Blues Brunch. Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law is a non-profit organization that
helps disadvantaged families, parents, and victims of domestic violence obtain necessary
and often vital family law legal services at low or no cost. Always a family-friendly and
meaningful event, the Buhai Blues Brunch will be held on Sunday, November 8th, from 1pm -
