Irwin Feinberg and Westview's President, Judy Gordon
FMBK's lead litigator and Partner, Irwin B. Feinberg, is
being honored by Westview School at
its 20th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, May 16, 2010, at the Luxe Hotel. Mr. Feinberg
has served as the Westview School Board Chair since 2008 and has served as a dedicated
board member since 2005.
The always funny Fritz Coleman, of KNBC4, will be the
night's Master of Ceremonies and Celebrity Auctioneer. In addition, from May 7 - May 18,

MCLE PANEL ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE |

David Piper and Alex Grager
FMBK Associate, Alex Grager, recently spoke on a Beverly Hills Bar
Association Barristers MCLE panel. The topic was, Domestic Violence: Where Family Law
and Criminal Law Meet.
Alex, along with David Piper of The Piper Law Firm, delved into domestic violence issues
which frequently appear at the intersection of Family Law and Criminal Law. The speakers
discussed the common pitfalls and the attorneys working together to ensure their clients
are protected in both forums. The program was attended by a number of attorneys and was
broadcast live online throughout California and across the U.S. |

HAS ITS ANNUAL FIRM RETREAT |

The 16 attorneys of Feinberg, Mindel, Brandt & Klein,
spent the weekend of March 5-7 in Rancho Mirage for FMBK's yearly retreat. The weekend is
a combination of both education and relaxation.
A highlight of the retreat was business development advisor, David Ackert, who spoke to
the firm on Saturday. Ackert discussed, "The Intersection of Your Schedule and Your
Clients' Needs." |
