Alex Grager has over two decades of experience representing clients in complex, emotionally charged family law matters with clarity, direction, and purpose. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist* whose practice focuses on custody disputes, sophisticated financial cases, breaches of fiduciary duty, and domestic violence matters.

Alex is often brought in when a case requires focused strategy, pragmatic planning, and decisive leadership. He is known for cutting through complexity, creating a structured roadmap, and guiding clients efficiently toward resolution. Whether through settlement or litigation, he brings clarity and purposeful advocacy to every matter.

His litigation background includes international custody disputes—including one resulting in a published appellate opinion—cross-jurisdictional disputes, sophisticated child and spousal support cases, and multi-million-dollar fiduciary breach cases. With a background in psychology, Alex is attuned to the emotional challenges clients face and offers steady guidance with a thoughtful, results-driven approach. He frequently partners with forensic accountants, financial advisors, and mental health professionals to offer clients a well-rounded legal strategy.

Alex is committed to both alternative dispute resolution and strong courtroom advocacy, seeking negotiated outcomes where possible and preparing meticulously for litigation when necessary.
