Allison Bartelstone

Allison Bartelstone has over thirteen years of experience providing sophisticated family law representation for high-net-worth individuals. She is particularly skilled at handling matters involving complex financial and high-conflict custody issues.

Allison takes a client-focused and solution-oriented approach to develop tailored strategies that meet each client’s specific goals. She frequently collaborates with a team of experts including forensic accountants, child therapists, and financial advisors to provide a full-service experience. Understanding that her clients are often facing emotionally and financially challenging times, Allison strives to deliver sound legal advice, strong advocacy, and consistent support throughout the process.

She earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2003, where she participated in moot court competitions and interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, graduating with a B.A. in History, and also holds a Certificate in French Language and Civilization from the Sorbonne Université in Paris, France.

Outside the courtroom, Allison is actively involved in her three children’s activities. She is a member of the Pacific Festival Ballet’s fundraising committee and a guest speaker at the Institute of Global Leadership at Oaks Christian School.
