Tin Le is a Partner at FMBK and a Certified Family Law Specialist* with over 12 years of legal experience, including the last 9 years dedicated exclusively to family law. He has successfully represented clients in a wide spectrum of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces, contentious custody disputes, move aways, nuanced child and spousal support litigation, complex property division cases, paternity actions, domestic violence matters, and the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial and postmarital agreements. His practice is marked by strategic advocacy, discretion, and a deep understanding of the financial and emotional stakes involved in family law.

Before joining FMBK, Tin practiced at a boutique family law firm in Beverly Hills, where he represented a range of clients, including high-profile individuals in the entertainment, finance, tech, and business industries. He handled high-conflict cases, many of which involved novel legal issues. He also draws upon a strong foundation in business immigration and corporate law, which gives him a unique edge when advising business owners, executives, and professionals navigating the intersection of family and financial matters.

Tin is known for his pragmatic and resolution-focused approach to family law. He prioritizes negotiated settlements whenever possible to minimize conflict and cost, always working to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes for his clients. At the same time, Tin is a seasoned litigator who is fully prepared to advocate in court when settlement is not achievable. His dual strengths in negotiation and trial advocacy allow him to tailor his strategy to the unique dynamics of each case.

Tin completed the National Family Law Trial Institute, a rigorous trial advocacy program that sharpened his courtroom skills and deepened his litigation expertise in complex family law trials.

He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as an editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and completed a public interest fellowship at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he successfully represented military veterans in disability claims.
